    This device is a desktop dual-channel two-gas-one-liquid fixed-bed reactor equipped with two plunger pumps and a design pressure of 10Mpa.
    The design temperature of the reactor is 400℃, the length of the heating zone is 240mm, and the length of the constant temperature zone is 50mm;
    The device itself has a very small dead volume, and the experimental feed control is more accurate;
    Real-time monitoring of pressure and temperature, with a first-level/second-level alarm linkage control, over-temperature and over-pressure automatically trigger protection actions to ensure experimental safety.
    The overall modular design can be customized according to customer needs.

    Desktop fixed-bed is a multi-functional desktop fixed-bed integrating manual control and automatic control. It has a small dead volume and can realize precise control of experiment condition, so as to ensure experiment reproducibility and sensitivity. Adopting a distributed control system solution, the device is highly stable and safe. Moreover, the device adopts a modular design concept. After a simple expansion or upgrade, it can be used in fields such as catalyst evaluation and membrane performance,and it is well suited to research of dynamics of continuous flow reaction, exploration of reaction conditions and optimization of technological conditions.

    Design principle of Kemi custom continuous flow reactor/catalyst evaluation unit:

    1. Learn about basic requirements of the customer and relevant key parameters and develop the preliminary design scheme

    2. Discuss the scheme with the customer and identify the risk points

    3. Amend the scheme until it is approved by the customer and create an order

    • Equipped with a preheating box, the temperature field in the preheating box is uniform and stable, which can provide activation energy for the reaction raw materials and improve the reaction efficiency. The preheating box is equipped with a gas-liquid mixing device, which can fully and evenly mix the gas and liquid raw materials.
    • Equipped with two reaction systems, sharing a set of integrated control systems, each reaction system can independently control the air intake, liquid intake, pressure and heating.
    • Equipped with a gas-liquid separator, flange-type structure seal, can be opened, and can be sampled online.
    • Remote control, laptops and mobile phones can monitor and operate the equipment
    • Safety alarm linkage mechanism, reaching the preset safety alarm limit, triggering the alarm action, stopping heating and air intake, ensuring laboratory safety
